My account was closed due to not adhering to the activity policy. Can I appeal this?

Members are expected to contact the Membership Department in advance of not meeting the activity requirements in the BAVirtual Policy, if there are extenuating circumstances as to why an exception should be considered. As the account has now been closed, there is a mandatory 31 day cooling-off period. You can request for your account to be re-opened after this period has elapsed.
